Assistant Producer

Porvi is a South Asian producer, stage manager, actor and writer. An emerging creative working in theatre, screen and live events. She has worked with award-winning companies such as Prayas Theatre, Eyes and Ears, Auckland Theatre Company and ATEED (now Auckland Live).

She emphasises on delivery quality projects, with the well-being of people at the core of everything she does. If you need a hand with anything during the production process, Porvi is your go-to person. She is quick at adapting to the different situations and is truly the jill-of-all-trades.

She says, although it can often feel thankless and can be incredibly frustrating, but when the production has so many moving parts, and communities small and large come together to create something bigger than the sum of its parts. That is a special experience.
